1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not working at the time of delivery
- The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered
- The item is missing parts or accessories
All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
- Physical damage after delivery
- Software issues, compatibility issues, or user preference issues
- Products without original packaging, invoice, or accessories
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale” on the product page
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
- Provide:
- Order ID
- Product images or unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/defective items)
- Description of the issue
- Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours
Once approved, return pickup or shipping instructions will be shared.
4. Unboxing Video Requirement
For electronics products, an unboxing video is mandatory to process:
- Damaged items
- Missing items
- Wrong product delivery
The video must be clear, continuous, and recorded from the moment the package is opened.
5. Replacement Policy
- Replacement will be provided for eligible products, subject to stock availability
- If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated
- Replacement products will be shipped within 5–7 business days after approval

Refund Method
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days after product inspection and approval
- Bank processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
7. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong product), return shipping is free
- For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
9. Warranty Claims
- Products covered under manufacturer warranty must be serviced through authorized service centers
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs
10. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer product exchanges. Only replacement or refund is applicable as per eligibility.
